According to Deadline, TriStar Pictures will be financing the film. The Mark Gordon Company and eOne will be distributing the film alongside Sony. Producers include: Mark Gordon, Vincent Sieber, Melvin Adams, and C.S. Lewis’ stepson Douglas Gresham.
It has previously been reported that David Magee was writing the script. He is the screenwriter behind Finding Neverland and Life of Pi.

We are so pleased to team up with our good friends at TriStar and our partners at eOne to introduce this new, magical chapter of the Narnia franchise to fans around the world, both old and new.”
Three live-action Narnia movies have already been made — The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe in 2005, Prince Caspian in 2008, and The Voyage of the Dawn Treader in 2010.
