World Missionary Press, Gospel Workers Called to Poland

Did you know there are more evangelical Christians in Saudi Arabia than in Poland? That’s partly due to the prevalence of cults; according to Operation World, Jehovah’s Witnesses outnumber evangelicals two-to-one.

A widespread lack of biblical resources is another contributing factor. “There’s a great need for literature in Poland; it’s not easily available,” Helen Williams of World Missionary Press (WMP) says.

“Since we have material in Polish, as well as a lot of other languages, we made arrangements to get material to them.”

See how the pandemic created Gospel opportunities in Europe.

A ministry in Bulgaria began partnering with World Missionary Press 18 years ago. These believers regularly use WMP Scripture booklets in their outreach projects.

“They said, ‘Can you provide literature in Czech, Lithuanian, Latvian, and Estonian as well? That would really be useful for our missionary work in those areas,” Williams says.
